We offer clients a full range of trademark services, including assistance in the initial selection of trademarks, service marks and trade names, analyzing the results of mark and name searches, filing and prosecuting U.S. Federal and foreign trademark and service mark applications, monitoring adverse use or registration, handling opposition and cancellation proceedings and transfer and licensing of trademarks.

We also advise clients on a wide range of copyright issues, including copyrightability, copyright ownership, notice, registration, transfer, licensing and fair use of copyrighted material. In particular, we assist clients in resolving the often complex copyright issues that arise with respect to software, and the use and modification of third party software.
